What Actually Changes the Price
So the quote you receive makes sense, here is exactly what we are pricing.
Number of pages and screens
A two-page site and a forty-page site take very different amounts of work. This is usually the single biggest factor, and extra pages are priced at a flat ₹1,000 each so you can work out the difference yourself.
Custom design vs. adapted layout
Adapting a proven layout to your brand is quick. Designing every screen from scratch costs more and is worth it when your brand is the product.
Features that hold data
Logins, payments, bookings, dashboards and anything that stores customer information add real engineering time compared to pages that simply display content.
Integrations
Connecting to payment gateways, accounting software, SMS or WhatsApp providers, or systems you already run adds scope depending on how cooperative those systems are.
Content readiness
If your text, images and logo are ready, we move fast. If we write and source them for you, that is additional work — priced separately so you can choose.
Timeline
A standard schedule costs less than a compressed one. If you need launch in days rather than weeks, we will tell you honestly what that costs and whether it is wise.
How Payment Works
- A free consultation and a fixed written quote before any work begins — the quote does not change unless you change the scope.
- Work is split into milestones, with payment released as each one is delivered rather than everything upfront.
- Typically 40% to start, 40% at the review build, and 20% on launch. We can adjust this for larger projects.
- On final payment you own the source code, the design, the domain and the hosting account outright.
- GST is charged additionally where applicable.

Know someone who needs a website or app? Send them our way. When their project is confirmed, 10% of the total project budgetcomes straight to you — on a ₹50,000 project, that's ₹5,000 in your pocket.

Pricing Questions

Why does a website start at ₹5,000 when others charge much more?
Because a two-page site for a local business genuinely is a couple of days of work, and we would rather quote it honestly than pad it. Larger projects cost more because they involve more work, not because of a bigger sales margin. What you will not find in our quotes is a charge for something you do not need.
Is ₹5,000 the final price, or will there be extra charges?
It is a starting price for a two-page business website. Beyond that, pages are ₹1,000 each and a five-page custom-designed site starts at ₹15,000, so you can estimate your own figure before you even call us. You receive the final price in writing as a fixed quote before any work begins, and it does not change unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. Payment is split across milestones — typically 40% to begin, 40% when you review a working build, and 20% at launch. You are paying against delivered work at each stage rather than trusting us with the full amount on day one.
What are the ongoing costs after the website is built?
Domain and hosting are the only unavoidable ones, usually from around ₹2,000 a year for a standard business site. Maintenance is optional and starts at ₹500 a month if you want us handling updates, backups and security patches. If you would rather manage it yourself, you can — you own everything.
Is GST included in these prices?
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Where GST applies it is added to the invoice at the prevailing rate and shown as a separate line, so you can claim input credit if your business is registered.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs, startups or students?
We consider reduced rates for registered non-profits and for early-stage startups where the project is a good fit. Ask during the consultation — the worst outcome is that we quote our standard price.
Can I start small and add features later?
Yes, and for most businesses that is the sensible route. We build so that a later phase can extend the same codebase rather than requiring a rebuild. Launch with what earns you enquiries now, and add the rest once you know what your customers actually use.
What if I am not happy with the result?
You review the work at each milestone rather than only at the end, so problems surface early while they are cheap to fix. Revisions within the agreed scope are included at every stage. We would rather adjust the design three times than hand over something you do not want to show anyone.
