We are an India-based development team building for businesses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. The work and the terms are identical in each; the hours, the currency you read and the privacy law we build to are not.

Whichever market you are in, these are the terms.
- Fixed written quote before any work starts, in US dollars
- You own the source code, the design, the domain and the hosting account
- Milestone payments on projects above $500 — you pay for work already delivered
- Mutual NDA signed before anything sensitive is discussed
- WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility pass and structured data on every build
Prices are authored in US dollars and every invoice is issued in USD. The pricing page can show an approximate figure in pounds, Australian or Canadian dollars — see /pricing.
