We scope compliance explicitly rather than discovering it late: PIPEDA on the data side, WCAG 2.2 AA on the accessibility side. We will tell you plainly which apply to your project and what each one adds to the quote. We are not a law firm, so for a formal compliance opinion you will still want your own adviser.
